VI. Email Interface

  • Administrators can view all email communications between players
  • Authors will automatically receive their paper ID password via email upon submission.
  • Authors can use the ID and password to edit their submission and to upload their final papers
  • Authors can anytime retrieve their user ID and Password via email
  • Program Chair will be notified if an author submits/amends an abstract/paper.
  • Program Chair/Editor can send custom emails to author or reviewers
  • Program Chair/Editor can send review instructions to reviewers with their access ID and papers to review
  • Program Chair/Editors can send email reminder to all reviewers
  • Program Chair/Editors can send email reminder only to reviewers who hasn't performed their review
  • Program Chair/Editor can email all authors or only to all authors of accepted papers or all authors of rejected papers or all authors of accepted papers with revision
  • Program Chair can send custom email or instructions to Editors
  • Program Chair/Editor can anytime retrieve their user ID and password via email
  • Reviewers comment are designed for authors are appended to Program chair to Author acceptance email
